Commanding should be the easier part if you do it without actually taking part in the event itself. You stand in the back giving commands and you could make someone else with a tag run around. If he/she also follows your commands then all you have to do is talk into the mic. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Desired Gift: Not much really. I don't need all dem fancy skins and mini's. Maybe something that can help me get my tailoring for my ascended mats up a few levels. Maybe a funny hat or some food. If you happen to have a skin lying around I'll also gladly accept it. If all else fails a nice message and some cookies always puts a smile on my face.
