GOTTA TAME ‘EM ALL - Ranger Pet Search - Sun 17th, 4pm UK time

Tyria contains a plethora of wild creatures. But only those attuned to the spirit of nature have the power to tame them. These lucky people are known as ‘rangers’. They give up the ability to do any damage with weapons themselves in order that they can have ferocious, or cute, or reliable animal companions.

**This Sunday RPS will be travelling across the land - searching far and wide - for all the tameable ranger pets! **Bring along your ranger and greatly enlarge your collection of animal companions. Of course, we won’t just be taming juvenile species - we will also set out to train our new pets by taking on whatever world bosses, events, and general evil we find along the way.

The event will start a 4pm UK time (3pm UTC, 5pm CEST) on Sunday 17th. Everyone is welcome! A level 80 character is useful, but not essential - we’ll try to keep you alive in high level areas if you are lower :slight_smile:

We’ll be using a few waypoints that it would be useful to have unlocked in advance:

Hawkgates Waypoint in Fields of Ruin (chat code [&BNMAAAA=]) - you can reach this from the asura gate in the east of Divinity’s Reach.
**Twilight Arbor Waypoint **in Caledon Forest (chat code [&BEEFAAA=]) - easiest to run from The Grove or Rata Sum
Old Sledge Site Waypoint in Mount Maelstrom (chat code [&BNQCAAA=]) - this one is a long way from civilisation. You could get an asura gate to Fort Trinity from your order headquarters and run from there.

Of course you can always use a Teleport to Friend on the day if you can’t get to any of those places.
