Title: hi i'm new here
Post by: obsidian on December 16, 2015, 10:14:31 PM: i'm obsidian or obi for short. i play dragon hunter as my main, as i'm working on world completion. i've played GW2 since launch and after a hiatus i came back to find my account hacked, which Anet could do "nothing about". this is why my AP is so low and i'm always on the look out for more.

i mostly PvE but i'm not shy from PvP and am currently in the second tier of emerald ranked. if i have the time i'll PvP and PvE with anyone that wants a hand or the company. in regards to WvW i currently am unable to move off far shiverpeaks at this time, sorry for any inconvenience. i like to watch TV/movies on my second screen but i'l jump on TS if asked/required.

i'm about most of the time with exceptions. i work Friday-Saturday nights and Monday day, otherwise you'll find me online in game somewhere. most likely doing my dailies or bosses.

You'll find that most of us here are PvE players, with some PvPers (I don't know any serious players though).

As for WvW, that's fine, guild activities do not revolve around anything else other than PvE (but I heavily recommend that you avoid two charrs by the name of Rediarel and Quget respectively, because they are absolutely the worst WvW scrubs around and would sell their moms for WvW loot :P)

World completion is annoying -- I just levelled up my chronomancer and getting the HPs required was annoying, to say the least.

I farm for the masteries. Or else I'd never leave the Silverwastes ;D
