Please can you comment on this, first time i go to make new char war with condi build and this is what i came up with.

I'm not really a big war fan so I won't try to help :)
But if you want a "good" feedback it's better to tell what gamemode you're planing to play with your build as it could change a bit (to say the least) between PvE / PvP and WvW. And even in PvE you don't use the same spells in open PvE or Raid, in PvP solo or team... well you see were i'm going.
