Hey everyone,
So over the past few months I've had several people asking if we do raids. As you all know, the answer is, no we don't organise raids as a guild.
But it has occured to me that with all the different people asking these questions, you have enough for 1 or 2 raid groups. That's when I decided I will organise a few hours of raid training. For one to get you guys a feel and idea of what would be required to start a raid group and hopefully get some people the first boss kill (depending on learning curve on those nights though, don't expect miracles ;) ). Secondly it would be great if, after we've done these training sessions and you guys are more familiar, you would continue, say once a week, with a raid group.
So who can apply?
Anyone!! Don't worry about ascended gear for the training sessions, exotic is good enough.
What do we need?
A level 80 character in exotic gear. We will have to see what people have so we can figure out a compostion that works. Also I want to stress that even though since PoF came out it's easier to do good deeeeeps, a lot of the fight is about learning mechanics and using the right skills. So don't feel discouraged if it goes shit at the start. That is normal for a training group ;).
Last but not least, bring a cheery attitude. Everyone in training group has to learn, some will be further on in the learning process then others. The goal is to have room for all to improve and learn.
What's in it for me if I join?
You learn some raid mechanics and get to know other people that would like to be in a raidgroup.
I'am a more experienced raid player, but I'd love to help out, can I come?
Great!!! All help is very welcome. I am not going to pretend I am a top raider or know all classes by heart, I will be also relying on websites like Snow Crows. Be aware though that I will prioritise the less experienced raiders first if we have a lot of signups, since it are training sessions after all.
When is this happening?
Wednesday evening december 26th
Friday evening december 28th
Friday evening january 4th
(Starting between 19:00/20:00 GMT and 20:00/21:00 EU, will announce final time later).
Do I have to be available for all sessions?
No, if you can attend just one that is fine.

Hey i'd like to join in with my boon support druid (Jensina the storm)! can do power or condi soulbeast as well.. but i tend to heal mostly
so far i've only done fractals (t3 mostly, t4 is hard to pug) and i'd love to see the raids, from videos i have glimpsed that the bosses are quite interesting.
I was a Raider in other MMO's(WoW, Wildstar), almost always as a healer, and i think i could be useful ;D. not that im a uber pro or anything like that, but i bring a LOT of patience. i have no problem with wiping alot and startig fresh at all.
for now i think i can attend all the dates, EDIT friday the 4th is a maybe, if i work late shift. wont know until right before chrismas

I can join on all dates, and I'll make sure to have a working mic for that.
I've done VG once or twice and a few attempts for the escort and Gorseval. I've done it with my main ranger/druid, first as a ranged DPS then as a healer. I'd prefer to go with my main :P
I can go also necro, but probably need to rearrange her build. Have other classes as well if needed (all of them 80, I think all have at least exotic gear and HoT class, some also PoF), but I'd need to know in advance to fist learn those classes :P I'm quite comfortable with Revenant but the rest I haven't played that much.

By the looks of it we will have 2 groups on some nights, but I've got enough help covered so thats no problem.

I'd like to join too, if there's still room :). All three times are ok for me (at least for now). So far a few times I participated in an escort, but I'd like to learn more. I'm familiar with dragonhunter the most. I have also necromancer with both specs if needed, but I haven't played with it much.

Hi, I would like to join training raids too. I have escort few times done and 2 training raids - vale guardian and Sloth, but never did full raid. I have druid, mirage and necro, all spec, builds and asc eqip, feel the best in necro atm.

You are all on the list, since the group is growing quite fast and I will need some (more) preparation time, I will close signups friday 21st of December.
If you sign up after that I will not be able to guarantee a spot
