Thanks Dark....as mentioned the link to Annies burger shack is up. Hopefully we will be able to book a table there, so if you are coming then please take a few mins to check out their menu. One sign up close and the table is booked I will be coming round to bash you all on the head for your order so I can let Annie know in advance so they can get stuff ready for us on the day or we will be there forever with a big table like this. Worse comes to worse and we can't get into Annies I have another couple of places in mind but let's hope we don't have to go down that route

Consider it filled out..
Put Matt down as a +1 but he's not fully decided if he's coming or not yet. Could possibly be tempted into coming Friday night as well if there's enough interest and I can afford another night.

Dark there were a couple of cheeper ones but they were out of town so you would have additional travel costs (tram or if it's late a taxi once the trams stop running). The one I'm looking at is one of the cheapest for in town.
Not booked anything yet though until we are certain what's going on.

Called the place I'm intending on staying at today. They have plenty of availability for that weekend at the moment. Tried to be cheeky and see if there was an option for group booking discount but sadly not.
£79 for the Saturday night for a room that sleeps 2. Not the cheepest but not the most expensive either but it's clean comfortable and well located. It's central to town,so no additional travel costs, and they do have some limited parking available at £10 for the night but also have an agreement with the big car park next door that if theirs is full there's a reduced rate for the big one...not sure what the reduced rate is though.
Don't want to go booking anything until we are certain what's going on though.

Not really. This meet has been in planning since before you joined the guild originally... we just never got round to sorting it. Novs has been on her way over to the UK for ages Anyway its a guildie meet up so rejoin the bloody guild Oh and message me about working Download, they changed stuff last year and didn't allow staff back in the arena after their shift finished so you may want to check that out or you may miss the bands you want to see. I can double check with my mate if you want more details. Think they also upped some shifts to 13 hour stretches.

Food wise I will just throw out the idea of Annies. It's a f'ing amazing burger restaurant run by a bonifidi Yank and Damn does she know what she's doing!! It's one of my favorite places to go eat in Nottingham. Will link the website when I'm not on a crappy connection.
Non of you lot are weird enough to not like burgers are you?? (Beef, Chicken and Vegi options of the burgers are available and they are pretty good at dealing with odd food alergies as well)
Downside is it gets REALLY busy so prebooking for a big group would be essential with a fair bit of notice (late additions would be pretty much out of the question).
EDIT : Because it's so popular booking a table for the whole day wouldn't work either it would be go there for food then off to somewhere else.

Yey Bram!! Beer - check, friendly - check yep think you will fit in just fine. Looking forwards to seeing you around Oh btw think your mic was transmitting everything you and someone in the same room as you said when you first joined tonight so you may have been put on forced push to talk until its sorted, so just let us know when youve had a chance to look at it and we will set you back to normal

Ok Shiroki has been asking for this for a while so here it is. For anyone who is into baking big celebration cakes and need something sturdy to handle tier cake weight or sculplting the below recipe works really well. http://www.alansilverwood.co.uk/id89.html
