I haven’t done Aetherpath at all and would very much appreciate the help (and patience 
). I think I could talk a couple of DKALs into it and would prefer to run it Tuesday or Thursday afternoon/evening (can’t stay up too late unfortunately).

Since our two commanders spend a lot of time in Borderlands, could we perhaps on some Thursdays organize a sort of “WvW experience for newbies”? (Including perhaps JPs and map completion there)

Splendid, I'm in for the naked run.
On a different and somewhat unrelated note - International Women's Day is approaching. It's on the 8th of March (Sunday) and I was thinking that maybe we could celebrate it with some girl power.
If we have the numbers, wouldn't it be awesome if we could take out one of the Wurm's heads by our female selves? (Of course if we were to fail, boys wouldn't forget that... probably ever).

As she has already pointed out, there is a mistake regarding condition duration - you cannot go over 100%, so choose between Sigil of Agony, Hemophilia and Lingering Curse.

I was thinking that maybe we should remodel our rank system somehow. I remember that Wurm Diboof and Wurm Condi were introduced in part as a form of incentive, so that people were more willing to take on those roles. In my opinion it ceased to work that way. There is a lot of people that do those jobs but do not have the ranks, some that should have both Condi and Diboof badges (and sometimes have none – looking at you, Butch ), and some stuck with ranks who wished they could just run with DPS for a change. We do not recognize at all other duties people regularly volunteer for – the turreteers, the defenders, bannermen etc. I have no idea how to go about it, but maybe it would be possible to create a rank that would reflect how flexible you are and willing to take different challenges? That would of course disregard all those specialists we also need who stick to and are comfortable with one job and do it perfectly without fail...

We’re getting closer and closer to our first TT kill and I’m more and more worried that I might actually miss it due to my work schedule. If I’m not there when we finally do it, I would take great comfort in being able to watch a recording of it. And to hear the euphoria on ts Could it be done?

I think it’s a very nice idea, we need a war chant If our Dear Leader could compose one, it would be brilliant, but I think this also could be more of a group effort. There are existing tunes that would sound great adapted for electric guitar. If I remember correctly, we have quite a few 90’s boy bands lovers among us… Oh, the possibilities… And then we could have one of those democratic polls to make a decision
