The aim of PSDH is to provide a service to all allied guilds (and randoms who happen to be in the area and willing to listen). That service is an organised run for Wurm and Tequatl, but also for future mega events which I'm sure there will be more. Now if people want to add more to our list of service, they are more than welcome to suggest
PSDH, a group of allied guilds specialised in Organised Tequatl/Tri-Wurm runs with occasional T5 Dry Top runs, is looking for small guilds to join our alliance. Check our website (psdh.eu) for more information, and do not be shy to contact one of 'The Team' for any clarification.
So you're saying that we need to start looking for small guilds who wants to join our alliance for the mega events. I agree with that. What we need is to discuss ways of recruiting them so we won't recruit the wrong guilds.
I have a mesmer asura but I hate her. Asuras only have the male version of the armors. Also because of their small structure the armors loose a lot of details
I was thinking the same, we need to get the guild leaders of the alliance more involved in the events, DKAL alone has enough people to take down all 3 wurms if everyone joins. I suggest a guild leaders meeting where this can be discussed.
I also like the common recruiting message idea, we need to come up with a good message that catches the eye and explains what PSDH is all about. We do not want to give false information.
Also something else I would like to suggest is searching for other guilds to join forces with (as an alliance).
Yeah, we really need to put all of our heads together and come up with ideas to help PSDH, we can't let Dark do all the thinking.
One idea that I had in mind is to make a good use of the guild's facebook page. We can do that by updating the description of the page to reflect better what the guild does, also include a link to the webpage in the description. We can also use it to communicate in brief about new events for example "PSDH is organising a huge Wurm run. Click on the link provided for more details <insert link of forum post>". We can also post a reminder on facebook an hour before every event starts. Obviously for all this to work we need to spread the word about the facebook page.
PS: I know some of you do not like Facebook, but in my opinion it's the best tool out there to spread the word.
I'm not that good at introducing myself so I'll keep it brief. My name is Elton from Malta and I'm, at the time this post was written, 28 years old. In-game everyone calls me Montu although to tell the truth I don't know where that name came from.
I started playing Guild Wars way back in 2005 when I received the game as a Birthday present and fell in love with the world of Tyria and it's lore. Back then I had an Elementalist named Mage Montu. I've been playing Guild Wars 2 since the first open Beta. Although I have all 8 professions fully geared with exotics, my love for Elementalists remain meaning that my main is a Human Elementalist named Tristan Montu.
I'm not going to sugarcoat this. I initially joined PSDH because of the sure Tequatl rewards, but that got changed to respect for the organization skills the commanders have shown during the events and now am gladly joining for other events other than Tequatl.
PS: Even though I do not talk on TS, I'm always present during events, listening and judging =P (nah just listening and obeying commands) =P

As mentioned before I'm Elton from Malta. I'm not a hardcore gamer, in fact at the moment the only 2 games I'm playing are GW2 and Factorio. The only alcohol I drink is wine (mainly red although I sometimes drink white and rose) and I'm also a cheeseaholic.
