I think it's fine that not everyone will always be available, this way we can bring more ppl to raid :)
I'm sure the night XXXX is not here we will find YYYY to take his place.

I hope at some point we will be able to have several party not just one ^^.

PS: I want my 10 reaper raid!

Except for this week because... well I've got something personnal and I'll probly be late tonight. More like 8:30pm for me.

I don't mind being the healer, just need to adjust because... well I almost never play my ranger^^

As for the tips/comps and so on, the guide was allready available on this thred, and only 2 of the team was 1rt timers (and several, like me, just play a "new" class for the first time)

Overall, considering our team we had a pretty decent run. I've seen way worst and reaching the last phase in the "first" run isn't bad at all. > dark was exploring mesmer, I was discovering druid, 2 were all "wow so that's raid?", it was a good run.

Personnaly I had fun, I'll be there next week (as healer unless someone else want to do it, or the party don't want me to do it in wich case I'll swap to my necro in less than a sec^^)

Well for the times I killed VG our healer always had about 1k400 toughness (always the cleric trinkets^^) and often the aggro was stole by Ele with earth traits^^ (but only an issues with vg). that's why I ask for the tank toughness, usually I go reaper condi (1k tough) so it'll be new to me to go healer.

If I understand correctly I'll be healer.
My toughness is 1426 (1k without cleric trinkets, but tune down the heal too). Can the tank communicate his toughness so I can get a new set of trinkets if its need to not mess with the aggro.

Interesting, could be fun if we actually manage to get a team. I mean, Dark tried, Grummsh tried, and it never worked. But this time may be the one^^.

But never played it in raid, could be fun ^^

I know that there's another necro interested by raid in the guild, and with so many necros I'm pretty sure we could do something really fun > full lich > 10 x 5 = 50minions > 50bleeds / atk and with the blood magic line they would be unkillable.

I'm not really a big war fan so I won't try to help :)
But if you want a "good" feedback it's better to tell what gamemode you're planing to play with your build as it could change a bit (to say the least) between PvE / PvP and WvW. And even in PvE you don't use the same spells in open PvE or Raid, in PvP solo or team... well you see were i'm going.

I think there are 3 issues:

1) the "new" schedule
I come to the website daily and yet I miss half the events lately. Simply because I never know wich event it is  when I log in gw2 and since I'm quite lazy I don't bother "alt+tab" out of the game.
sometimes I miss them simply because I forgot that this week it's done on sunday. I'm only looking for some events so with the current schedule I never know if it's today or not and I end up just forgetting all of them.
I think a fix/ well establish schedule is by far better. A rotating schedule is too "messy".

2) the events
I joined PSDH for TT and I know I'm not the only one. It use to be done 3 or 4 time weekly (don't remember exactly^^) and now it's twice a week wich makes me sad.
I almost never did Teq with PSDH for rl reasons (bad bad timing for me) but I find it to be a nice event to do in guild.
TD and DS are just bad event to do in guild imo. They are long and very easy, I often see PSDH on pug map at better timing of the day.

3) players need to give a fuck
What I mean is, you have to beg to get 15 condi and for months it was 90% of the time the same 15 players. Same for eggblockers, turrets ...
I know those are boring tasks, but those are "required" for the event. I don't like condi and yet for months I've played condi and spent quite some time trying to get condi full for every run. This piss me off even more knowing there are members that play condi EVERY time and NEVER join the condi party.
I find it pretty sad in a 300+ guild dedicate to world event. And now people that used to do it got bored and left, or just come less often. And at some point you're just like "if they don't wanna help why should I?"

I think this is the real issue, this is the reason why less and less players are coming (including myself). Some members don't give a fuck about what we need for the event and just want the reward. Not all of them join TS, and not all of them follow the commander "order". This lead to messy events, and since PSDH isn't a typical guild you can't "enforce" the rules it can only get worse, maybe a purge could help getting things better. But members should start pick the char/gear/build that can be usefull to the event and not the one they find the coolest.

Before my actual post I just wanna say, I love my reaper, my necro is my main and will alway be my main.

I don't think you can use "DPS against a golem" to adress a "DPS in dungeon" situation.
A golem is basically a rock that just wait for you to punch him. A boss may force the player to "move". A class that have less condi DPS against a golem, may have a higher condi DPS against a boss because it is easier for that class to switch from melee to range (or the opposite).
Lets take the vale guardian as exemple ^^: often the condi is on "green duty", in this situation it'll be harder to perfom a good rotation for a reaper than an engi. doesn't mean the reaper condi DPS will be lower than the engi (it's up to the players skill) just that an engi will have an easier task.

Anyway, ty for the numbers, great job and I fully support the "all classes bring something" idea.

PS: no ele/rev/thief?
