Okay so our first Raid will be on the 21st [Tuesday] at 8pm UK time! This gives people with Rabid and PVT time to adjust their gear [keep your PVT and Rabid, just might need to grab a fresh set of Exotic for raiding. To add to survivability Power DPS can use Zerk with Valk accessories, and Carrion Acessories with Sinister stuff on Condi is a good mix for HP boost while putting out high DPS still if you're not confident to go full Sin or Zerk, obviously there are other good build set ups too, but Rabid and PVT aren't really great for raiding. Alright since we now have enough people we now need to set times. Since Dark is rather limited we will be trying to work to his Tuesday Evenings if that's alright by you guys? Thinking Tuesday 8pm UK time. However it will be useful to see when you're all available. So, if Tuesday 8pm UK Time suits you say so, if not please list other times that work for you. Right: Here are the 10 for the team! Raid times are Tuesdays 8pm UK Time. Meeting at Lions Arch ready at 7:40 UK Time so we can get into squad, get our buff food ready [IE out of bank if needed etc] and onto teamspeak. Talking of which, Teamspeak will be a requirement, with two way communication. I don't need everyone to be talking a lot, but I need you to be able to tell each other when you're in trouble, when you've met your objective, when you're popping cool downs etc. This is key.

First Raid will be on the 21st of June at 8pm UK time. So as above, be in Lion's Arch at 7:40 and on TS!
We will be starting with Wing 1, because this just makes sense folks!

Seriously though guys, this is supposed to be fun. It won't matter how long we take to get the kill on each boss providing we work on it and work as a team. Pulling together and helping one another is most important. I look forward to our first run together!

Below is the list of people on the team, the roles are POTENTIAL roles for those characters. The roles I would like these people to play are these: Dark on tank, Xadine on healer and everyone else DPS. Please bare in mind what arukAdo has said on this thread about gear sets and raiding. While some are great for the rest of the game, they fall short in raids. You have a week to adjust them for raiding, and we have many many guild members who can help you out with crafting - especially with Sinister which is never on the damn TP!

Ehhh, we'd been discussing this in game the other day, the reason I'm sticking with Carrion is because of how much damage I'm getting out of it. I use the Superior Rune of the Necromancer with it, I know Viper and Sinister are good options as well, I just don't want to go tweaking around a build that has worked so well for me thus far. "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." haha. I really do appreciate the advice, and if I happen upon any Viper/Sinister Exotics as drops I'll keep hold and switch them out and try it as a comparison and see how I like it, but having put gold into one build it would be a bit of a blow to change it up now, when what I have doesn't do badly at all anyways. So I'll keep it in mind and try it out as the chance arises, but unless it makes a really huge difference I'll probably stick with this build. If that makes sense?
