PSDH Spooky Halloween Events - Wednesday 1st November 2017
« on: October 08, 2017, 09:23:04 pm »
WhooOOOOooooOOOooo!

It’s that time of the year again, the one where we get to go back in our favorite labyrinth to visit Steve and Bob. HALLOWEEN!!

For this years halloween festival the PSDH party planners have - of course - thought of some events to do with the guild for celebrating the scariest day of the year.

The evening starts at 19:30(UK)/20:30(NL) on Wednesday 1st November 2017 with a game of Darkward Says. You better listen carefully to your great leader or you are going to miss out on some *SHINIES*. After this small game the entries for the Scary Short Story (see below) will be read and then you may vote for the scariest one.

Later during the evening you have to form teams and Race Through Tangled Depths, estafette style. The first team reaching the finish wins. Once all is settled and done, we’ll head into the Labyrinth for some traditional candy corn farming

You never know what else might happen during Halloween, hopefully we won’t have our glorious leader attacked again this year. For safety this year all Gilded Hollow events operate under a zero Bloodstone policy. There will be a Lionguard officer on premises who will observe and may do random checks.

Start time: 19:30(UK)/20:30(NL) - 1st November 2017
Please make sure you are in the guildhall before the event starts.
As for all our events there will be a special channel available on Teamspeak.

Scary Short Story Competition
This year for Halloween we want to see our members creative side with a scary short story contest.

The PSDH Halloween Scary Short Story Competition (PSDHHSSSC) guidelines are very simple so please make sure you follow them before submitting:
- you may submit one scary short story of 400 words maximum
- involves PSDH commanders
- all entries must be original work from the author themselves
- the story is suitable for all ages (PG13)
- submit story to Kylie via Discord (or the website in personal message if you don’t use Discord) on or before the deadline 17:00(UK)/18:00(NL) 29th October 2017 (not in game!)
- include your GW2 account name (Example.1234) so that we can reward you if you win!

We will read out the short stories during the PSDH Halloween event on 1st November 2017 and will be voted on by the PSDH members in attendance at the event.

Jane Mcranger - Druid
Provoker Dranu - Renegade
Aurelia Ravenclaw - Tempest
~~~~
Interfrastic Leah - Dragonhunter
Sage Georgette - Chronomancer
Jora Stonewatcher - Reaper
Kermee - Berserker
