I'll be back. Don't know when. Probably when I decide to spend a couple of days reinstalling Windows.
Did a test on an old drive, installed fresh windows and GW only, was some improvement but not much. It was just acceptable 15 to 30 fps. But with just windows and GW fresh installed running at that speed, I feel Anet don't give a shit to old CPU, so it will be when I can be arsed.
There is a reason why Pets get disabled when numbers are high, we now have more people with animated Armor increasing CPU load, I may have to wait until they do something similar with that, that is just theory but I don't have issues when numbers of players are low. (no issues with lots of mobs) I get low fps when everyone is on mounts, but they go when in combat, the new Armor doesn't.(also new there are more people getting fancy skins) Like I say it's just a theory, but it's after doing tests around the maps. I could play with Armor set to Base Model, fuck that.
It's not a graphics card issue, my card doesn't break a sweat.

Red ring is kill Zone. Green and yellow are Slubling paths. blue rings are temporary safe zones. The idea is that the Slubling get to the mushroom in the centre of the kill zone as soon as the mushroom re-spawns. On the way to the centre, the Slubling will create a safe zone for people to go while the centre mushroom is eaten. Once the centre mushroom is eaten, all move back to the kill zone. Not sure this quite the way we where doing it yesterday, but I think this may work. Just thought a pretty picture would explain it a little better, or at lest the way I understood it This way all damage is done at the centre, where the enemy slublings spawn,

Info When you get to the area where there are the Ice Walls. It just needs 1 person on the cannon at the east side to take all the walls down except the last 1. (It can't reach the last 1) so no on needs to use powder kegs until they get to the last ice wall. There is also a place to pick up powder kegs just after the 1st wall on the east side. So easiest way to do it is: Wait for person on cannon to say go, then pick up kegs. That way the timer doesn't run out on the powder kegs and the 1st wall is down ready for you to run through. If you stay on the east side the person on the cannon will have the correct walls down for you. BTW this is a screen shot of my map, what I see when we run through the puzzle. It's interactive, if you click on things, it gives info. If anyone is interested in helping me with my guide, let me know

Langmar Estate Guild puzzle Just an Idea, I have silly ideas now and then. In the room with the curtains. If the 6 people on the higher levels tag up with the blue tag, those on the lower levels can see who is where on the map. If those who tag up blue, say "Hi I'm on upper curtain" in map chat, then those on the lower level can just right click the name they see in the right place and click whisper. (this makes it easier than typing those names with the characters that aren't on my keyboard ) That way the people on the lower level will be talking to the right one on the high level. Note! Other tags need to stay away from the exit to this part so they don't obstruct the tag above the exit. Hope that made sense ps. This could be explained while chatting at the entrance, while we wait for timer to go on the last guild mission. hahahaha

Hi, my name is Tim. It's a lot easier to type and say than Palingenesis, so if you need to get my attention just shout Tim I spend a lot of my time sat on my arse all day due to back problems, so I spend a lot of time on Guild Wars 2. I do mainly PvE, don't do PvP (ele/staff), WvW now and then. I have a few characters but I just play Elementalist/Staff. These days (lack of the promised monthly new content) I spend doing the world bosses, I joined here as Triple Trouble still needs organization. And I'm Guessing when HoT comes out, some of the new content will need coordination I also spend most of my time on my Guild Wars 2 Project. I have no memory, so I needed some thing to keep track of what events I had done each day and when events are active. Its now evolved into an interactive map of sorts. http://www.palingenesis.webspace.virginmedia.com/Tim/GW2/Manual/Manual.htmlHope to join you guys in the fun from time to time. Tim
