About the WvW missions. What will happen to the people who aren't on Piken Square?

Depending on the mission you have to do an total amount of X over the entire guild. If you can find two people from your server to join you might be able to help in the effort. The details I don't know but this is how it works for certain missions.

9. What are the requirements to claim a Guild Hall?

The act of purchasing (funding) is done through the Guild Initiative Office. This will cost 100 gold and some favor. I’d like to leave the exact amount of favor to you all to discover on launch. I understand this interferes with preplanning for some guilds, but we wish to keep some discovery of the system intact for everyone’s launch day.

We do not expect guilds to be able to claim their desired guild halls immediately. Guilds will need to trek through the jungles and find the hidden paths to the entrances. And anyone participating will need to be able to enter the expedition on their own two feet. There is a lot of crazy things in the jungle and who knows what your guild will encounter on the way.

If someone can check how many Favour it costs, we know if we'll have to do Guild Missions or are able to get it by converting influence into Favour.

- it's a bit more than 150 and i already taken 330 with wvw on piken on first day (did it twice).
- Guild missions can be started by anyone atm so if you need them for week (they have been reset) go ahead and start them.
They are dead easy to do:
wvw get 3 people and activate the guild mission before you cap (even an open tag cap is fine you just need 3 repping psdh) then defend the point for the time you see on the timer on the left for tier 1 (it's 10 min for camps, you can even spam the guild mission or cap multiple points, if it's an usually defended point like your spawn side stuff in EB and home bl you can even leave should go through)

pvp form a 5 people team (PSDH) and win a match you'll get both (the rank point requirement is wrong in the display so with a match you'll likely get both, at least we got both with my guild)

Remember in both cases to start the guild mission before.

As for The guild hall. while not strictly necessary, you really should have:
Exalted Lore level 1
Gliding Level 1

And unlock this place:


(yes that's the guild hall on the right, I've unlocked it with Stomp For Piken)

You can get there by dropping from the thing with the personal waypoint, the story will bring near there too so in case you can follow it.


Notice also there is a world boss there, which might be interesting for us to do, but regardless let's try to get there before the time with your preferred character and leave it there if you want to do something else as, if the boss spawns, we'll need to wait 15/20 minutes. (i didn't check the schedule yet)

You may access it by going through the portal in The Forgotten City or by using the "Guild Hall" button in your guild panel.

Talk to the Treasury NPC to see which items we need for the next upgrade.
