I hope it will be fixed in one of the next patches since no one likes to repeat completed achievements  :-\

It seems they have fixed it in the last patch:

"Players who have lost achievement progress for the story instance "Chapter 7: Facing the Truth" can now speak with Priestess Adhara at the Temple of Kormir to regain their lost progress."
